• Help grow and scale commercial card and payments products • Provide strategic advice on risk and regulatory ambiguity • Advise on product structuring and implementation • Draft and negotiate partnership and commercial agreements

Requirements

• Deep experience in card regulation • 8+ years working experience in law firms and fintech companies • Familiarity with federal, state, and international laws • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Law degree and admitted to practice in at least one jurisdiction • Entrepreneurial mindset and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
