Description

• Shape and execute our content vision in the computer science and programming domain, with a focus on lowering the barrier to entry. • Oversee the production strategy, ensuring that the quality of our content is second to none. • Set clear, achievable quarterly goals for course development. • Manage and mentor a team of Producers, fostering their professional growth and facilitating team building. • Roll up your sleeves to build prototypes and lead by example, showing what's possible with the right mix of technology, creativity, and pedagogy. • Coordinate with stakeholders and collaborators across marketing, design, and engineering teams. • Conduct user research to make data-driven decisions about how to improve and prioritize our content offerings.

Requirements

• Are excited to build a practical and fun learning experience for millions of people • Have substantial experience in programming and a deep understanding of computer science. • Are proficient in multiple and diverse programming languages and paradigms (and excited to learn more). • Have exceptional communication and writing skills, capable of explaining complex concepts in a clear, accessible manner. • Excel at multitasking, context-switching, and prioritizing within a sizable workload. • Display a willingness to experiment with various formats and platforms and adapt to change. • Are proactive, willing to take on any aspect of a project, big or small, to ensure success. • Have significant experience in creating or prototyping online learning experiences. You understand the unique challenges of asynchronous teaching and know how to use interaction and motivation to engage and challenge learners. • Demonstrate experience in leading and managing a team, with a focus on mentorship and professional growth.
