Description
• Lead a global digital workplace migration engagement for a global banking client • Manage an internal team of SME’s and PMO resources to deliver the project • Work directly with the client and their teams to create a ‘oneteam’ delivery ethos • Manage the migration of all in-scope users into the target environments • Report back to the Workplace Delivery lead in Brillio and Workplace Director weekly on progress and manage any specific client project governance
Requirements
• Strong project/programme experience and management of multiple parties • Previous consultancy experience is desired including working within tight deadlines and difficult stakeholders • Experience of driving large sized projects and improvements in difficult situations, cultures and with tenacity
