Description

• Support various areas within the accounting function • Oversee G&A accounting each month, including analysis and budget/forecast alignment • Review expense accounts for accuracy • Ensure coding consistency for expense analysis • Collaborate with AP on invoice processing • Review expense coding with FP&A team • Oversee monthly expense accruals • Assist with prepaid expenses and monthly amortization • Leverage NetSuite for process automation • Build monthly reports on G&A spend

Requirements

• 1-2 years of accounting experience (internships count) • Experience in retail or e-commerce inventory • Bachelor's degree in accounting • Proficiency in Excel • NetSuite experience is a plus • Active CPA license is a plus • Track record of improving accounting processes and systems • Strong collaboration skills and attention to detail • Strong verbal and written communication skills • Excellent time management and organizational skills
