Description

• Help architect end-to-end project management in customer onboarding – create and establish project management protocols and best practices from scratch, ensuring a scalable approach as the company grows • Oversee all aspects of software implementation projects, from initiation through deployment, and ensure they are completed on time; over time, this will include future goals of being within scope and budget • Coordinate with government customers to gather business requirements, define project scope, and set clear and achievable project objectives • Develop comprehensive project plans involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility and identify & monitor KPIs to track performance of projects • Develop and provide executive-level presentations to include status updates, decision briefs, and planning recommendations • Monitor and report on project progress regularly, addressing potential issues or risks, and suggesting mitigation strategies when necessary • Foster positive relationships with government customers and stakeholders, ensuring open communication and setting expectations properly • Ensure that all customer requirements are met, leading to successful acceptance and adoption of BS&A’s software • Coordinate training for clients and their staff to ensure effective use of our technology • Continually evaluate projects to ensure they are meeting company standards and preparing detailed progress reports for the management team • Continuously aware of the delivery work in which BS&A is engaged, and able to collaborate with different functions within Customer Operations and with Account Executives to drive go-lives without delays and slippage • 10-25% travel

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree • Proven experience (5+ years) as a Project Manager or similar role, preferably in a SaaS environment (GovTech experience ideal but not necessary), with demonstrable success in setting up project management functions from scratch • Knowledge of all project aspects, including project initiation, planning, development, risk and budget management, execution and delivery • Excellent understanding of project management principles, with PMP or equivalent certification preferred • Excellent organizational, leadership, decision-making, and communication skills • Proficient in setting up & managing project management software tools • Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and balance competing priorities • Problem-solving and conflict-resolution ability • Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team; capable of effectively interacting with technical team members • Prior usage of and familiarity with a PSA tool
