Description

• We are seeking a Technical Operations Manager to join our team and manage the service side of our business. • This role focuses on monitoring, maintaining, and improving the uptime and reliability of our fleet of sensors and network managers. • The successful candidate will develop processes, methodologies, and training programs.

Requirements

• Experience: Minimum of 5 years in technical operations, fleet management, or a related field, preferably in IoT or healthcare technology. • Technical Skills: Proficiency in IoT device monitoring, network management, and familiarity with thermal sensors and occupancy detection systems. • Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills to identify and resolve issues efficiently. • Process Improvement: Experience in developing and implementing maintenance processes and methodologies. • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to train and support team members and contractors. • Project Management: Demonstrated experience in leading projects and managing cross-functional teams. • Flexibility: Ability to adapt to changing priorities and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
