Description
• Lead transformation initiatives to enhance financial and business operations • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and manage project timelines • Ensure compliance with regulatory standards • Engage with key stakeholders to identify business requirements and provide end-user training
Requirements
• Bachelor Degree in Business, or business related field, computer science, information management systems or other technology-related field. • Bachelor Degree in Accounting Finance and Business field and accounting background a plus. • Hands-on experience working on data projects (i.e. data cleansing, QA, ETL, normalization, crowdsourcing, business intelligence development) • Familiarity with ETL Technology (Boomi, MuleSoft, Informatica, Pentaho). • 5+ years of experience with Netsuite ERP Financials, Purchasing, Reporting, Projects and Cash Applications, in enterprise software implementation with relevant consulting or industry experience and in project management. • Experience in software in a SaaS environment including any experience with Accounting / ERP. • Experience as a certified NetSuite Professional in performing full life cycle NetSuite implementations, integrations, and customizations. • Experience with other IT financial systems including Workday HCM, Strongpoint, etc. • Strong verbal and written communication skills; proven ability to communicate effectively with internal and external business partners at various levels and ability to translate customer business requirements to both technical and non-technical audiences. • Strong organizational, project management, and time management skills, including ability to balance competing priorities in a fast-paced environment. • Experience documenting and analyzing processes, procedures, and/or policies.
