Description

• Analyze client information and develop engagement strategies that align with project objectives. • Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of the customer portfolio, managing service delivery aspects and ensuring customer satisfaction. • Lead the development and implementation of strategic communications to support project goals. • Manage, motivate, and lead staff, building high-performance teams that drive successful project outcomes. • Facilitate requirements gathering sessions with stakeholders. • Oversee engagement activities, ensuring the team performs work within the agreed schedule and budget. • Serve as the primary point of contact for client engagements. • Track project progress, risks, and issues, and ensure timely resolution. • Provide regular updates and reports to project leadership and stakeholders.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree • 8+ years of relevant work experience as a business analyst or in a similar role • Demonstrated ability to develop and implement engagement strategies that meet project objectives • Proven experience working within a Program Management Office (PMO) • Strong leadership skills with experience in managing teams and delivering projects on schedule and within budget • Excellent communication and organizational skills
