Description

• Act as a marketer and ambassador of CAMBA’s services in the community • Coordinate outreach and client recruitment activities • Develop marketing plan and monthly outreach calendar • Conduct initial intake and assessment of clients • Monitor client progress and maintain documentation • Advise clients on career/employment goals • Work collaboratively with team of instructors and job developers

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree (B.A., B.S.W.) and/or equivalent experience • Enthusiasm for community engagement and marketing • Digital fluency and experience with social media outreach • Ability to adapt to varied needs of job seekers and community partners • Ability to work flexible or alternative workweek schedule • Demonstrated ability working with refugees, asylees, immigrants, young adults, and low income populations a plus • Bi-lingual English and French, Russian, Arabic, Mandarin, Fulani and/or Tibetan preferred • Client-focused, culturally competent, high energy, empathetic, flexible, and hard-working
