• Review program files for compliance with programmatic standards • Prepare documentation reports for management use • Keep track of received data and source documents • Prepare and sort documents and files • Review client files to ensure quality of data • Flag files for follow-up for compliance • Enter data into electronic file system and databases • Prepare managerial and funder reports • Design new report templates • Tasks may be modified, expanded, and/or assigned over time
• High school diploma or G.E.D and one year of applicable experience • Knowledge of housing and homelessness issues • Professionalism and understanding of confidentiality • Excellence in attention to detail, written, and verbal communication • Proficient experience using Microsoft Office and databases • Ability to adapt to changing demands and maintain high standards • Knowledge of New York City Housing and Public Assistance Systems
• Compensation: $25 per hour • Status: Part-time (25 hours per week) • 11 paid holidays • Generous Accrued Time Off • Generous paid sick time
