Description

• Improve teamwork among direct reporting staff as well as among peers • Troubleshoot client and direct reporting staff program problems and make decisions in accordance with program policies, procedures, and protocols

Requirements

• 5 years’ experience in a youth program of comparable size • 2 years in a supervisory/managerial position • Bachelor's degree; OR 18 credits completed in education/a related field; OR a certificate in Youth Studies and two years of applicable experience
