Description
• Develop and implement a comprehensive strategic plan for the SBES program • Oversee all aspects of program delivery • Lead grant writing efforts to secure funding for program sustainability and growth
Requirements
• Licensed Master's degree in Social Work (LMSW or LCSW) and 3 years of supervisory experience • Minimum 5 years of experience working with families and children in a community setting • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
