Description

• Manage and coordination of planning processes for pre-development of new and rehabilitated multi-family affordable and housing projects • Lead community engagement strategies for project approvals • Project manage architects and consultants for design and site investigation phase • Manage transition from construction to operations • Establish and maintain relationships with project development teams • Prepare funding applications and grant writing • Develop marketing materials for housing development projects • Implement Quality Assurance measures for service delivery • Prepare and submit reports for management and funders • Analyze program and demographic data for improvements • Represent CHV at meetings as requested • Report incidents to appropriate management

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree (B.A.) and five-seven years of multifamily real estate development experience, specifically affordable housing • Experience as lead project manager completing minimum of two finance closings • Knowledge of general real estate development, multifamily housing finance, design, construction and operations • Familiarity with local, state, federal, and private housing development & finance programs • Knowledge of local housing markets and conditions • Self-motivated and proactive • Strong interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills • Proficiency in Dropbox, Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, Power Point)
