• Demonstrated track record of expansively owning and driving key business outcomes on high-performing teams • Pride in one's craft and maintaining a high quality bar • Good intuition around balancing perfect and done • Enjoy identifying problems and designing product features • Track record of scaling processes and operations • Clear and concise communicator • Enjoy working in an office culture in Denver, San Francisco, or New York with a weekly schedule of 4 days in-office and 1 day remotely
Benefits
• Estimated starting annual salary range of $95,000 - $145,000 USD • Total compensation may include equity, sales incentives, and employee benefits • Potential upside from equity in compensation package • Minimal hierarchy and titles within the company
