Description

• Lead design initiatives and advocate for users• Work closely between functional owners and engineers on impactful projects• Prepare handoff-ready design mockups that are both beautiful and intuitive to use• Set the stage for long-term design strategy with feedback from engaged customers• Champion design as a key business function alongside other departments

Requirements

• 3+ years of design experience within product design, design systems, or UI/UX• Mastery of design and prototyping tools like Sketch, Figma, Illustrator, Photoshop• Strong eye for design and ability to distinguish elements for crafting delightful interfaces• Ability to evaluate own work and communicate design decisions clearly• Thrive in ambiguous circumstances and context-switch on demand• Founder mentality and willingness to do what needs to be done to help the team succeed• Experience with prototyping and a track record of delivering impactful and beautiful products
