Description
• Be responsible for the full lifecycle development of our Android application(s) from cradle to grave. • Build novel solutions for managing telephony on Android devices. • Integrate seamlessly with telecommunications infrastructure and components. • Collaborate closely with backend engineers to ensure cohesive end-to-end user experiences. • Work together with Product and Telecommunications teams on cross-functional initiatives. • Balance short term critical business needs with long term product vision and roadmap.
Requirements
• 2+ years of software engineering experience. • 1+ years of Android development experience using the Android SDK and/or other frameworks. • Prior engineering experience from the industry, along with academic pursuits & studies in any of the areas of Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Mathematics, or Physics. • Strong foundational understanding of the Android SDK (architecture, lifecycle, components etc). • Fluent in Kotlin. • A passion for personal privacy and national security. • A desire to work on software that has real-world impact. • Experience working with hardware-backed secure storage on Android (Nice to have). • Experience integrating with payment processors (Nice to have).
