Description
• Provide technology consulting services for clients' Managed Care capitation business needs. • Define and document business needs and problems with the current systems. • Engage with stakeholders to understand and improve Managed Care payment and accounting processes. • Document opportunities for achieving OKR through process re-engineering and technology enhancements.
Requirements
• Minimum of eight (8) years of FTE experience in systems development, analysis, programming, and testing. • At least three (3) years of experience in architecting large enterprise IT systems within the last five (5) years. • Minimum of three (3) years of experience with Infrastructure as Code using Terraform, AWS CloudFormation, or similar technology within the last five (5) years. • Minimum of three (3) years of experience migrating server-based applications to container-based or serverless applications within the last five (5) years. • At least one (1) year of FTE experience with Agile/SCRUM system development methodologies within the last three (3) years. • Bachelor's degree in an IT-related or engineering field from an accredited college or university.
