Description

• React and resolve L1/L2 issues, escalate L3 issues • Learn and apply skills in Python, SQL, Sungard Front Arena, and C# • Day to day management of a complex application suite • Create and enhance procedural run books and monitoring dashboards • Improve application stability and performance over time • Collaborate with Dev team on release management • Basic scripting for automation • Identify trends in application support to guide team priorities • Optional development tasks and potential growth into Site Reliability Engineer role

Requirements

• Ideally 3+ years of professional experience • Quantitative degree desirable but not necessary • Desire to learn about finance over time • Some experience dealing with Front Office advantageous • Skills in Python, Linux, Bash, Powershell, Git, Grafana, Prometheus • Understanding of Fixed Income financial products • Knowledge of Sungard Front Arena, Excel, SQL, C#, Perl is a plus
