Description

• The will be responsible for creating comprehensive recruitment plans to maximize local campaign outcomes. • Responsible for researching and strategizing ways to effectively recruit for all research sites across the country. • Manages vendors including reaching out to new recruitment vendors, setting up initial calls, and developing relationships. • Must also be able to manage budgets and update spreadsheets to reflect ad budget spend(s). • This position may also assist with writing copy for patient recruitment materials that will be utilized for a variety of campaigns and throughout the network. • Passionate about clinical research and finding new ways to recruit for studies that result in optimal outcomes. • This role may include company-wide initiatives with our online presence as well as departmental initiatives to support ongoing trials.

Requirements

• Excellent working knowledge of medical and research terminology • Excellent working knowledge of federal regulations, good clinical practices (GCP) • Strong relationship management; organizational and project management skills • Ability to communicate and work effectively with a diverse team of professionals • Strong organizational skills: Able to prioritize, delegate, direct, support, assign and follow through on assignments • Ability to develop strategies for optimal outcomes with patient recruitment • Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills as evidenced by positive interactions with coworkers, management, and vendors • Conducts meetings through live video and one to one interaction as needed • Team Collaboration Skills: Work effectively and collaboratively with other team members to accomplish mutual goals. • Bring positive and supportive attitude to achieving these goals • Word, Excel and PowerPoint • Ability to balance tasks with competing priorities • Critical thinker and problem solver • Curiosity and passion to learn, innovate, able to take thoughtful risks and get things done • Friendly, outgoing personality; maintain a positive attitude under pressure • High level of self-motivation, energy, and possesses a high degree of urgency • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision • Must have a client service mentality
