Description
• Responsible for SAP ERP Application and Implementation Support • Investigates issues and analyze, create, modify, and maintain SAP ERP system • Analytical skills regarding SAP ERP applications' problem-solving, maintenance, and implementation requirements • Ability to create and maintain documentation of support and operations by interpreting instructions and conducting training sessions • Ability to analyze clients’ inquiries and requirements, change SAP ERP system configurations or programs, and respond to customer inquiries and requests
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field or equivalent experience • SAP Certified Application Associate with ERP preferred • Effective English communication skills, both written and verbal, are required • Japanese language skills are preferred but not required
