Description
• Seeking Lateral Partner in Banking & Finance Law Division • Must be able to contribute at least 400K of profitable business to the firm • Innovative approach to representing lenders providing efficient, high-quality legal services • Represent lenders in various financing transactions • Assist lenders with documentation of loans • Develop practical strategy for closing deals
Requirements
• Currently work at a law firm • Must be licensed in the state of application • Experience as a primary attorney managing and overseeing deals and client relationships • Ability to work well with others • Must meet specific qualifications mentioned in the job opening
Benefits
• Starting salary - $225K • Yearly bonus potentially equating to 1M annually
