Description
• Partner with Executives to architect smarter sales contracts and drive compliant scale. • Collaborate cross-functionally to provide legal insights and support. • Advise on, draft, negotiate, and manage a wide range of commercial agreements. • Optimize legal operations and manage relationships with outside counsel. • Provide legal counsel on compliance, risk management, and privacy laws.
Requirements
• 6-8 years of legal experience, gained at a law firm or in-house at a technology-focused company, with a strong preference for experience in SaaS environments. • Proven expertise in drafting, negotiating, and managing a wide variety of commercial agreements. • Strong understanding of contract law and negotiation. • Strong background in key legal areas, including corporate law, data privacy, employment law, compliance, and regulatory matters. • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate complex legal issues to diverse audiences. • Demonstrated business judgment and practical approach to balancing legal risks with strategic business goals in a fast-paced environment. • Experience with legal operations or project management, including optimizing legal processes and managing relationships with outside counsel. • A proactive, resourceful attitude, with the ability to handle multiple high-priority tasks and projects simultaneously. • Preference for candidates with a proven track record of successfully leading and developing high-performing teams.
