Description

• Seeking a talented individual to lead buy-side and sell-side M&A transactions • Manage and mentor a group of highly talented teammates • Collaborate with Head of M&A and Executive Team to drive M&A opportunities

Requirements

• BA/BS degree (MBA or other quantitative graduate degrees welcome) • 7-10 years of relevant finance experience required (preferably in the renewable energy industry); investment banking, principal investing and/or corporate M&A experience is strongly preferred • In-depth understanding of renewable energy project financing concepts, including tax equity • Solid transaction execution and negotiation experience, with ability to lead multiple projects simultaneously and deliver results under tight deadlines • Quantitative background with strong financial analysis and modeling skills • Self-motivated with a high level of initiative and accountability • Ability to work well with multiple teams cross-functionally and in offices across the U.S. • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills • Unimpeachable ethics & integrity • Leadership ability and a passion for providing mentorship, guidance and training to junior colleagues on the team
