Description
• The role focuses on helping individuals regain skills and confidence after incarceration • Increase employment opportunities for participants • Make successful job placements between participants and employers • Manage a caseload of participants and guide the hiring process • Develop strategic plans for placement services • Build and maintain relationships with employers
Requirements
• Deep dedication to social justice • Experience in workforce development, recruitment, or sales/account management • Passionate about making an impact in people's lives • Enjoys networking and cultivating relationships • Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills • Resilient and able to address challenges • Comfortable working under pressure and meeting deadlines • Able to use data or market research to guide practice
