• Support general accounting functions, including month-end and year-end close processes • Prepare general ledger entries and maintain appropriate records and files • Assist with preparing financial reports, variance analyses, and insights for senior leadership and stakeholders • Ensure that financial information is communicated effectively to support informed decision-making at all levels • Help develop, implement, and enforce procedures that improve and enhance the accuracy and timeliness of the monthly close process and financial reporting • Perform other related duties as requested and assigned by management
• 3 -5 years of accounting experience • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field • Prior experience supporting a 200-employee plus / $30 million to $100 million revenue global SAAS company • Proficiency with MS Office packages, including Word and Excel. Ability to download and transform data (intermediate pivot/data sort/subtotal skills) required. • Solid understanding of accounting concepts and processes (A/P, A/R, inventory) and exposure to period close processes. • Strong communication skills and attention to detail • Ability to thrive in a remote work environment, balancing independent tasks with collaborative teamwork • Excellent written and oral communication and presentation skills • The highest standard of professionalism, ethics, and kindness • Must be based in the USA and eligible to work in the United States
