Description

• Define the field marketing strategy that support our overall company objectives • Help organize and host online and in-person events that create net-new sales opportunities, accelerate existing opportunities and deepen our customer relationships • Manage all aspects of event coordination (Chili Piper owned events, partner-sponsored events, 3rd party events, webinars, etc.) including: strategy, objectives, materials creation, event messaging/marketing, signage, speaking opportunities, giveaways, contract negotiation, vendor relations, site selection, registration, agenda scheduling, staffing, on-site production, logistics, and budget • Work with technology and channel partners to integrate them into our field and co-marketing initiatives that have direct impact on our revenue (e.g., Blogs, Partner Landing Pages, through-partner ads etc.) • Collaborate with marketing teams to develop and implement an integrated strategy that combines email marketing, paid media, direct mail, and other marketing channels you see fit to promote our events and co-marketing initiatives • Research industry events and marketing/campaign opportunities and evaluate sponsorship based on Chili Piper’s objectives and target audience • Own one-to-one relationships with follow-up and value-add engagements with prospects, partners, customers and event organizers • Collaborate with demand generation and data & operations teams to measure and track results of campaign activity and make recommendations for future activity (KPI’s, budgets/financial returns, ROI, planning, sizing)

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience at a B2B technology company (preference for SaaS) • Experience implementing integrated campaigns across multiple locations • Experience managing budgets • Strong project management and organizational skills • Deep understanding of the foundations of marketing and how events can play a critical part in moving the business forward • Exceptional communication skills (both written and verbal); ability to clearly and concisely craft messages to internal and external stakeholders, including presenting to executive teams • Strong stakeholder management skills and comfort managing expectations/keeping teams on track • A “figure shit out” attitude (you might not always know all the answers, but you’re eager to learn and figure it out) • Based in North America and willing to travel 30%
