Description
• Manage a team of between five and ten data analysts and data scientists • Own the data analytics and data science efforts for developer products pillar and marketing efforts • Work with cross-functional partners to make the best decisions possible • Build rituals and structures for a smooth running team • Help drive business decisions in partnership with product and marketing teams
Requirements
• 7+ years of experience in data analysis or data science • 3+ years managing both reporting functions and analytics/data science functions • Proficiency in SQL and at least one programming language, such as R or Python • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Ability to effectively partner cross functionally
