Requirements
• 10+ years of professional software experience • Driven and motivated by growth engineering and experimentation • Generated and executed product experiments that drove significant scale • Driven technical tooling and process around experimentation • Ownership mindset • Comfortable with responsibility and accountability • Thoughtful about creating and maintaining a world-class engineering culture • Enjoy working in teams and collaborating • Experience with React and/or Node at scale (bonus) • Experience with MongoDB or MySQL (bonus) • DevOps experience, especially on AWS (bonus)
