Description

• We're looking for a Senior UX Researcher for 5-6 months starting mid-October • You will report to the Associate Director of User Research and work alongside UXR, Product, Design, and Science teams • You will collaborate closely with design, product, engineering, and science to understand, imagine, develop, and validate digital therapeutics that address specific health conditions. • You’ll bring a strong mix of qualitative and quantitative research methods, design-thinking methodology and a rigorous human-centered design perspective to the team.

Requirements

• 6-7 years + of experience conducting UX Research • Significant work history orchestrating and conducting a wide range of generative and evaluative user research studies using quantitative and qualitative methodologies • Experience creating artifacts such as personas, experience journeys, and data visualizations to tell compelling stories • Experience leading or collaborating in end-to-end research projects, including creating research plans, running recruitment and scheduling, developing research guides and surveys, conducting interviews, and leading synthesis. • Excellent organization skills and ability to support more than 1 workstream simultaneously • Experience managing or leading other researchers
