Description

• Financial closing US GAAP • Managing external audit process • Provide Monthly Package to Headquarters • Point of communication with Accountants, Tax Accountants, Tax related government institutions, and all financial and accounting-related issues • Analyze/Manage US & Global tax issues and provide instruction • Tax filing(Monthly/Quarterly Sales Tax filing for NY and CA)Preparations of federal and multi-state income/sales tax. • Assisting in IRS and state audits • Ability to assist other international subsidiaries in solving communication between accounting firms.

Requirements

• Solid understanding of USGAAP and federal and state income tax concepts • At least 5 years of work experience in the Accounting/Tax • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance, or similar • Knowledge of cutting-edge tools (ie. Quickbooks, Excel) and other reporting systems for accounting
