Description
• Manage and expand CodePath’s institutional partnerships to further its mission • Cultivate relationships with new and existing mission-aligned funders • Design and execute large institutional fundraising opportunities
Requirements
• 7-10 years of development experience working with institutional donors in a frontline fundraising role • Demonstrated experience and success cultivating, soliciting, and stewarding 6- and 7-figure gifts from private foundation and corporate funders • Deep knowledge of institutional fundraising landscape and trends • Proven relationship management skills to build strong, long-term relationships with institutional donors and prospects • Exceptional project management skills, attention to detail, and ability to juggle multiple competing priorities effectively • Superior written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
