Description
• As the Lead Product Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our product strategy and execution • Collaborate closely with our leadership team to build our product roadmap with the company's overarching vision • Additional responsibilities include: gathering requirements, determining key metrics, writing specifications, prioritizing projects, user testing, and partnering with engineering on execution • Experience with ed tech is a plus, and we'd love to talk with candidates with experience in workflow automation or B2B SaaS as well • This role presents a unique opportunity to not only spearhead feature development, but also define and implement a robust product development process in partnership with our engineering team
Requirements
• 8+ years of experience in product management with a track record of successfully launching and iterating on complex products • Strong understanding of software development methodologies, including Agile and Scrum • Past experience in making key strategic decisions that affect the business as a whole • Proven leadership capabilities, demonstrating the ability to inspire and mentor cross-functional teams • Ability to work independently and as part of a team • Passion for education and technology
