Description
• Acting in capacity of Chief Compliance Officer of Coinbase Asset Management (“CBAM”), a Registered investment Adviser with the SEC • Responsible for continued build out of CBAM’s compliance program, which includes: advising the business, developing policies, reviewing marketing materials, performing annual compliance testing, establishing training programs and coordinating all mandatory filings • Liaising with Institutional Compliance team members, Legal and Operations staff, and other cross-functional partners in daily support of CBAM
Requirements
• 8+ years of experience in supporting registered investment advisers in a senior compliance officer role, with 3+ years as a CCO or equivalent • A passion for building a world class compliance program for the leading company in the crypto industry • Experience working autonomously in a fast-paced environment
