Description

• Work from the stakeholder backwards - understanding data and insights requirements, providing recommendations and delivering data products • Build, enhance, maintain best-in-class, self-service dashboards & reporting tools that are robust, actionable and designed for stakeholders to easily explore and derive insights independently • Perform ad hoc analyses proactively and at the request of cross-functional stakeholders to help answer the business’s pressing questions and needs • Build data transformations required for reporting or analysis and investigate new datasets or issues in existing data • Train users on our data capabilities and best practices

Requirements

• You have 5+ years of experience working with data to produce actionable insights • You have experience with collecting requirements, defining and implementing metrics, managing projects and stakeholders, and delivering regular communications to cross functional teams • You have a proven track record of building actionable dashboards and training end users on leveraging them to the full extent • You are proficient in SQL and have a strong working knowledge of software engineering workflow tools such as version control and testing • You have a proven ability to model data for reporting and analytics needs, or have a very strong understanding of best practices in this area • You have experience with “modern data stack” type tools for reporting, data warehousing, data transformation
