• Collaborate across all functions to execute product strategy • Optimize user experiences and improve key performance metrics • Identify opportunities for new product features and adjacent products • Conduct market research to understand customer needs and trends • Advocate for a user-centered design approach to foster conversions
• Experience: 3+ years of product management experience, with a proven track record in driving growth and managing product lifecycles. • Conversion Optimization: Experience with Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) and data-driven decision-making. • Startup Experience: Experience in a high-growth startup environment is preferred. • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make informed, data-driven decisions. • Communication: Excellent communication and presentation skills, capable of clearly articulating product strategies and priorities. • Financial Knowledge: Understanding of finance products, including payments, lending, and financial infrastructure. • Education: Bachelor’s degree in a related field. • Preferred Experience: Experience working with SMBs and B2B products is highly preferred.
