Description

• Define and communicate the product vision, strategy, and roadmap that align with the Constrafor’s goals and market opportunities. • Lead and mentor a high-performing product team, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement. • Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and customer feedback to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for differentiation. • Oversee the entire product lifecycle from ideation to launch, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery of new features and enhancements. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, design, marketing, sales, and customer support to ensure alignment and successful product execution. • Advocate for the voice of the customer, ensuring their needs and feedback are central to product development and decision-making. • Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product success and drive data-driven decision-making.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field • 8+ years of experience in product management, with at least 3 years in a leadership role • Proven experience in an early-stage tech startup environment • Strong understanding of market trends • Demonstrated success in launching and scaling innovative products • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills • Ability to think strategically while managing the details of execution • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Passion for technology and a deep understanding of user experience and design principles

Benefits
