Description
• Oversee provider contracting activities\n• Draft, review, and negotiate contracts and Statements of Work (SOWs)\n• Identify key risks and gaps in contracts\n• Develop and maintain contract templates\n• Support continuous improvement of contract templates and processes
Requirements
• JD degree from an accredited law school and active membership in good standing with the relevant state bar association\n• Minimum of 5 years of experience in contract management\n• Strong analytical skills\n• Excellent written and verbal communication skills\n• Meticulous attention to detail\n• Proven leadership skills\n• Strong business acumen\n• Commitment to continuous learning and professional development
