Requirements

• JD from a top-tier law school and active membership in good standing with the relevant state bar association • Minimum of 10 years of legal experience, with a combination of big law and in-house experience, preferably in the healthcare or technology sectors • Proven leadership skills with the ability to lead and inspire a team of legal professionals, fostering collaboration, innovation, and a culture of excellence • Strategic thinker with the ability to anticipate legal and regulatory trends, assess their impact on the business, and develop proactive strategies to address emerging challenges • Strong business acumen with a deep understanding of the healthcare industry, including key market trends, competitive dynamics, and regulatory landscape • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate complex legal concepts clearly and effectively to non-legal stakeholders at all levels of the organization • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex legal issues, identify creative solutions, and make sound recommendations to senior leadership • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with the flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and navigate ambiguity with confidence and resilience
