• Set technical direction for Stream • Work closely with other product stakeholders • Provide technical and thought leadership • Design, develop, and deliver products • Join a team of skilled engineers • Build scalable, robust, and high performing distributed systems • Develop features for the data platform • Ensure highest quality software • Coach and mentor junior developers • Evangelize innovation and engage users

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in CS/EE (MS Preferred) with 12+ years of software development experience • Ability to problem solve with holistic approaches • Direct client interaction experience • Data intensive applications experience • Strong knowledge of data structures, algorithms, operating systems, and distributed systems • Self motivated and proactive • Ability to lead projects across the team • Experience in advanced development and distributed systems • Working knowledge of Linux systems, Docker, and k8s • Experience with REST APIs, Agile processes, and cloud platforms
