Description

• Lead client finance and/or accounting functions • Design and advise on best practices for accounting processes and controls • Assist clients in navigating complex corporate transactions • Identify pain points and improvements in key process areas • Optimize and automate processes and controls • Maintain strong relationships with clients • Coach and train team members • Share technical expertise through various means • Pursue prospective clients and generate new opportunities

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business, Finance or other technical discipline • 15+ years of relevant experience in high-growth or pre-IPO companies • Prior experience as a controller or equivalent • Expertise in finance transformation, system implementation, operations improvement, etc. • Experience with various ERP systems and CFO suite technologies • Proven leadership experience • Relevant certifications such as CPA, CISA, CFE, PMP
