Description

• Serve as a trusted partner to clients in the Business Transformation practice • Assess and enhance clients' banking and capital markets businesses by modernizing their operating model • Collaborate with clients across different offices and functions to drive performance improvement • Manage expansive transformation programs impacting front-to-back with multiple workstreams • Mentor team members by coaching and providing feedback

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Information Systems, Information Technology, or other technical discipline • 5+ years of relevant experience in professional services management consulting • Knowledge of various industries and financial products • Strong expertise in banking and capital markets • Background in operations improvement, business process improvement, data management, and program/project management
