Description

• Identify and evaluate investment opportunities, conduct due diligence and perform financial modeling and analysis • Create and maintain marketing, pitch books, valuation materials and other deliverables • Create confidential investor presentations • Create ad hoc transaction organizational documents • Take an active role in developing, structuring and executing transactions • Work closely with senior team members in deal sourcing, negotiation and execution of transactions • Manage and develop junior talent within the team

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required • 3-5 years of related experience also required • Series SIE (or equivalent), 79 and 63 licensed required • Effective communication, collaboration and network building skills • Exceptional Microsoft Office Suite and financial reporting skills • Ability to plan and prioritize to meet multiple goals

Benefits
