• Communicates with customers through various channels (e.g. inbound call, chat, email, etc.) • Ensures excellent service standards, responds efficiently to customer inquiries, and maintains high customer satisfaction • Conducts outbound/inbound Welcome calls to new customers. • Handle all situations to the best of one's ability, escalating and reporting complaints/issues • Understand customers' needs through effective listening and questioning skills

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred • Proven customer support experience or experience as a client service representative • Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening • Stellar communication skills • Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment
