Description

• As a Talent Specialist, you are an innovator in matchmaking, client relations, candidate engagement, and identifying recruiting market trends. • Talent Specialists are responsible for creating custom sourcing solutions and designing talent attraction strategies that align desired skillsets, values, and company culture. • Talent Specialists are experts in pioneering engagement with candidates from start to finish by coordinating full cycle recruitment efforts from application to post hire follow-up. • As the Talent Specialist, you will play an integral role in driving client success by staying curious about recruitment strategies and meeting our client’s staffing needs. • Talent Specialists impact purpose, people, and processes as they are the dedicated extension of the client’s recruitment team. • The Talent Specialist will create and expand recruitment efforts to efficiently source candidates who are role and culture aligned with our clients. • The Talent Specialist will develop and improve the client’s brand attraction, acquisition, talent metrics, and retention techniques. • The greatest impact the Talent Specialist makes is influencing the hiring strategy leading to the growth and success of our client’s companies.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience preferred • 2+ years’ experience in strategic recruiting, hiring, or staffing • Ability and experience to handle and/or coordinate 7-10 open req's or projects • Proven track record in generating a strong, relevant candidate pipeline • Possession of a valid driver’s license, ability to use your own vehicle, proof of automobile insurance • Demonstrated ability to build strong client partnerships, apply critical thinking and out-of-the-box recommendations • Time management skills and tech/ system savviness is a must
