Description

• Initiate and conduct outbound prospecting to generate leads and build a robust pipeline of potential clients through various channels, including phone calls, emails, and social media platforms. • Research and identify key decision-makers within target industries and organizations. • Qualify leads by understanding their needs, challenges, and objectives. • Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop effective strategies for lead generation and conversion. • Schedule meetings and demonstrations for the sales team with qualified prospects. • Maintain accurate records of all interactions and activities in the CRM system. • Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments. • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly targets for lead generation and conversion.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field preferred • Proven track record in B2B sales, with 1-3 years of experience in software sales, SaaS, or a related field • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex technical information in a clear and understandable manner • Time management skills and the ability to efficiently manage a sales pipeline • Adaptability and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment • Data-driven decision-making and a strong analytical mindset • Sales skills, including lead generation, objection handling, and relationship management • In-depth product knowledge and a thorough understanding of our SaaS solution • Customer-centric approach with a focus on building and maintaining client relationships • Collaboration and teamwork with various departments within the organization
