Description
• Financial Planning: Developing and managing budgets and business plans. • Reporting and Performance Analysis: Preparing monthly financial reports to stakeholders. • Strategic Planning: Developing financial models and making recommendations. • Business Partnering: Collaborating with teams for financial support. • Continuous Improvement: Enhancing financial planning systems and reporting processes.
Requirements
• 3-5 years of prior experience as a financial analyst (preferably in a SaaS organization). • Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration. • Strong ethics, integrity, and credibility. • Strong business acumen and working knowledge of accounting principles. • Advanced MS Excel or Gsheet modeling skills. • Advanced MS Powerpoint or GSlide skills. • Proven ability to influence and build positive relationships with stakeholders. • Curious mindset towards fixing and improving processes.
