Description

• Fully understand and be able to explain Cyber Cat Risk modeling software products to clients, as well as articulate use cases. • Lead training and onboarding for multiple cyber insurance clients with a focus on cyber accumulation and cyber cat risk as well as single risk underwriting • Collaborate with other functions to deliver excellent results for clients and ensure high client retention • Understand client stakeholders and processes • Understand business workflow and where CyberCube fits in • Work closely with Product and Analytics teams, acting as the voice of the client • Maintain customer health tracking / Hubspot (Customer Relationship Management software) records for accounts • Help create and maintain comprehensive documentation for our internal tools • Manage escalation points in product / service delivery • Obtaining feedback from client

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years work experience preferably within cyber underwriting or other related insurance background • Experience in analytical modeling beneficial • Foundational technical knowledge of cyber security issues beneficial • Strong awareness of commercial insurance issues including cyber risk insurance • Highly effective communication and influencing skills, both written and verbal • Demonstrated ability in client account management and relationship/network building • Technical presentation skills • High level of professional integrity and commitment to execution of deliverables • Minimum Bachelor's degree education
