Description
• Oversee and ensure profitability of regional operations center • Responsible for daily activities related to production and operations • Measures productivity and coordinates with support departments • Hires, trains, and evaluates employees • Handles discipline and termination of staff
Requirements
• Business experience in a healthcare and/or insurance setting preferred • Business experience in a Worker’s Compensation and/or Auto insurance setting preferred • Long Term / Short Term Disability Claims background preferred • Strong communication skills • Critical thinking and time management abilities • Computer literacy and typing skills
