Description

• Develop and execute a comprehensive persona-based content strategy • Oversee the editorial calendar to ensure timely delivery of content • Lead a team of content strategists and writers • Develop strategy and KPIs for the Dashlane blog • Drive the strategy, topics, and support content development for B2B Webinar program • Support the development of customer-facing sales enablement content • Analyze content performance metrics • Develop and manage the content budget • Collaborate with cross-functional teams

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in content creation, strategy, and management in B2B Tech • Strong preference for experience in Cybersecurity • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field • Proven track record of developing and executing successful content strategies that drive engagement, thought leadership and achieve business objectives • Excellent writing, editing, and storytelling skills, with a keen eye for detail and a strong sense of brand voice • Strong strategic thinking abilities, with a data-driven approach to content optimization and performance analysis • Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to document and manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines • Experience with SEO requirements, ensuring all content is aligned with SEO strategies • Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a creative team • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
