Description

• Develop and lead a cutting-edge financial planning function • Business partner that will work closely with senior stakeholders • Translate financial data into actionable insights • Create and enhance tools for customer and insights reporting • Development of tools for customer / insights reporting • Lead on the development of a finance business partnering approach with stakeholders • Lead on the preparation of materials for the Content Exec team

Requirements

• Minimum 8+ years of Financial Planning and Analysis work experience • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field. • Proven track record of influencing strategic business decisions and driving significant performance improvements. • Extensive experience in building and leading FP&A teams. • Strong commercial acumen with a deep understanding of the interplay between key financial and non-financial business drivers. • Demonstrated ability to add value and lead decision-making in dynamic, fast-paced environments. • Experience managing business performance across multiple regions and supporting international expansion. • A qualified accountant is preferred but not required. • Expertise in developing tools to enhance forecasting accuracy. • Proven experience leading teams in complex, matrixed environments. • Ability to work proactively and independently under tight deadlines in a fast-paced setting. • Skilled in creating structure and maintaining focus amidst ambiguity and shifting priorities. • Excellent financial acumen, analytical thinking, and communication skills. • Strong analytical capabilities and sound judgment.
